Vira College of Engineering has been established by Vira Charitable Society Dharamnagri, Bijnor; an educational Society, which is devoted to the cause of spreading education in the area and has been established about a dozen institutions from nursery level to post graduate level, both for boys and girls.

The vast campus of the college spreading over 10 acres of land near the city is complete with all infrastructure developed for imparting high level of technical education upto degree level and catering to the ever increasing needs of multinational industries.
