Vira College of Engineering was established by Vira Charitable Society Dharamnagri, Bijnor; an educational Society, which is devoted to the cause of spreading education in the area and has established about a dozen institutions from nursery level to post graduate level, both for boys and girls.

The vast campus of the college spreading over 10 acres of land near the city is complete with all infrastructures developed for imparting high level of technical education upto degree level and catering to the present needs of multinational industries.
